A small Skipjack Tuna. We have found them to be delicious–but only when fresh or recently fresh frozen. After a couple of weeks in the freezer, the meat is unappetizing.

Interestingly, these fish are quite warm-blooded. When you clean them right after catching them, their body temperature is obviously significantly higher than the surrounding water.
