Karen picked out some awesome fillets of opah at the market the other day. A traditional Hawaiian macadamia nut crust, served on stir-fried cabbage and we have dinner better than the fancy restaurants. If you have never tried opah (sometimes called “moon fish”) it is a special treat. As good as the best swordfish.
